The musicians, composers, producers and engineers involved with Soundcake have years of experience composing, performing and producing various styles of music. This knowledge helps us combine great artistic ideas with the right arrangement and production values. Whether we compose an original piece or produce a song with an artist, our focus is always on making the music the best that it can be.

The short film, "A Perfect Manhattan" was shown at the 2010 Los Angeles Film Festival. Written by Brad Taylor, directed by Dean Berdusis, produced by Laura Szymber and edited by Brian Kallies of Chicago based Axiom Megamedia. Soundcake provided the musical score along with sound design and the final audio mix. Video clip coming soon. In addition, Brando finished composing music and mixing dialog and sound design elements for the the short film, "An evening with Emery Long" written and directed by Brad DeMarea. The film was produced by Laura Szymber and edited by Brian Kallies of Axiom Megamedia, Chicago, Il. "Emery" was screened twice at the 2009 Slamdance film festival and the Los Angeles Film Festival.
